My broadband has been down all morning yet when I check it says no issues in my area then why is my router showing all green lights but I've no network
That's been since before 6am this morning now still not up bishop auckland

@Alikat17 Did you run the service checker again and if that was still coming back all okay and good did you run the broadband test by clicking on the broadband button?

@Alikat17 Does after running the service checker and comes back as all good and green can you click on broadband to see if it gives you a different outcome please.
