Hey folks. The Internet has been down since 7:30 am in my area BH23. Spoke to someone and was told it should be fixed by end of day but I can't get any more details.
Has anyone else managed to find out what's going on and how much longer we have to wait?.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSounds like Sky will have passed the report to Openreach. Openreach are not the quickest at updating their ISP's with any progress or lack of.
The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you notify Sky of the fault, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (new rates apply from 01/04/24 of £9.76 per day).
