Internet down and app thinks its fine

Only posting here as its a last resort. 

Hoping im not the only one with WiFi down. The app seems to think everything is working fine, but its not. Tried calling Sky, but only get a robot after 9pm, which tells me to go on the app for the service checker. Service checker thinks all is fine so cant lodge a fault.

Sky, if you read this, this isnt good enough.

Sky supplies broadband to over five million addresses: that scale of operation means that at any particular point in time (and even without a named storm battering the country) there will be thousands  of individual Openreach circuit faults affecting subscribers.

A lot of the uk is like this with power cuts etc due to the storms gonna be like this over the weekend apparently
