Internet down again!
Internet just stopped working can't watch TV or use computer this is not on every night I have issues and through the day what do I do ?

Any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption. There’s no pre-warning of this. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…

@Stone2 you will have to contact Sky to find solutions and/ or reasons as to why Internet is as it is.
If you are not in a contract you and knowledgeable customer service is important to you, you may wish to consider another ISP. Be warned... likely to cost more.
