Internet down. Sky tests say ok but still no internet

Sky app tests say broadband is ok but router shows amber light for broadband. No internet connection.

Same problem LS26. I'm finding the app useless as it's telling me there's no issue with my connection however there's 2 orange lights on the router so they obviously don't communicate very well. Very disappointed 😔

I am living in Harrow and is the same like is showing to all of you . The sky app test is saying that is ok but on the router is showing amber light. And I don't have internet connection

It says on sky help teams twitter that there is planned maintenance in Wales and Gloucestershire between 00:00 to 06:00 could be connected
