WiFi is terrible hardly ever connects mainly use phone data whenever in house even test and says fine. I don't have sky landlines so can't do anything g though account that basic test that shows nothing up

@Annaw10 if you have Sky broadband you also have a Sky Talk line if you want.  To use it just plug in a phone. 

If you post  your Sky hub's connection stats forum membersxshould becable to tell you if there is a line issue or simply poor wifi in your home. See Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

I want the wifi to work please nit a landlines the only option for extra help through the app is this and and on a previous it said to use your landlines for a more indepth test of line ..

@Annaw10 you are not talking to Sky support by posting innthe forum. The only way forum members like myself can help is if you post the stats I mentioned the link tells you how to do that.
