It seemed like a hard reset of the router solved things.

@RiChadwick Can you use the link below to pick the router you have and go through the trouble shooting to what lights are on and off on the router please.

Thanks for the info. I tried everything and eventually had to speak to someone at Sky. After circa an hour on the phone, we eventually got there much to the delight of my kids who thought the world was ending!
