Internet doesn’t work in the whole house

The internet doesn't seem to work upstairs in my house it's fine down stairs but keeps cutting out upstairs. The router is in my livingroom  and there is nowhere else it can go

@Crossy19  Sounds like you need a booster. Do you have broadband boost with your broadband subscription with Sky?
