Internet disconnects intermittently

I have a reoccuring issue where my internet disconects and immdiately reconnects.

 

You can see it occur in the router's logs (I had to remove the timestamps before the forum let me post this):

@AliceYesterday  Have you ran the broadband test when this is happening to see if it picks up any faults?

Which tests do you mean? The one on the sky helppage? I could try and set up access to that page that doesn't require the internet to be working.

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

My WiFi has been doing this for over a month I've been with sky nearly a year and it was absolutely fine up until a month ago.  I changed my sky bundle ever since then my download speeds are around 30-40mbps (should be getting 500-900mbps) my WiFi drops in and out constantly and disconnects me from every device I'm now on my 3rd router. sky still says theres nothing wrong with it anx to move my router around but I live in a 1 bed flat and it was fine for 10 months before I changed my bundle. My sky q box now says no satellite won't show anything so now i can't use anything. Paying 70 quid a month just to go round in circles on the phone to them it's a joke
