Internet disconnecting for short spells

Hi

I'm having issues where the internet will keep disconnecting for a short period. Power and Broadband lights remain green.

Internet light will go off, then eventually flash orange, go solid orange and then reconnect without any action from me.

When it happens it'll tend to happen 2-3 times in half hour or so.

I work from home most days and there is usually someone gaming online each evening and it doesn't happen every day or someone would notice. 

However it's frustrating when it does happen and there doesn't seem to be any pattern to what causes it?

Any ideas as to what's causing it? It's a Sky Q router, I don't think it's particularly old.

Sto riscontrando problemi in cui Internet continua a disconnettersi per un breve periodo. Le spie di alimentazione e banda larga rimangono verdi.

La spia Internet si spegnerà, poi lampeggerà in arancione, diventerà arancione fissa e poi si ricollegherà senza alcuna azione da parte mia.

Quando succede, tenderà a succedere 2-3 volte in mezz'ora circa.

Lavoro da casa quasi tutti i giorni e di solito c'è qualcuno che gioca online ogni sera e non succede tutti i giorni o qualcuno se ne accorgerebbe. 

Tuttavia è frustrante quando accade e non sembra esserci alcuno schema su ciò che lo causa?
