Internet cutting out

Download speed is 20 on my phone & 29 on my laptop

@Jul4 download speeds will vary between devices connected by WiFi. If you run the service checker in the My Sky app it will,give you the speed your hub is connected st, if you click through on thst result you will see the history for tge lastvfewxweeks and the guaranteedcspeed for your line. If there is an issue with the line then thecapp,should offer further help.

 

If tge connection speed to the hub is as ut should the issue is likely to be poor wifibspedds in your home.
