Internet cutting out or constant buffering

Hi can anyone help please?. 
we upgraded to super fast+ and our internet has gotten worse. The connection keeps cutting out so when we are watch tv on sky glass the connection cuts off after ten minutes then comes back and goes again. And devices used in the house keep losing connection. The internet is constantly slow even when there's only one device being used.
