Internet continually dropping in and out

My Internet is dropping out all the time, says nothing connected and we have to reconnect everything, this is very annoying. Please help

I'm having the same issue with my sky fiber. Looking at my router and seeing it showing connected and then disconnected every min or 2. Has been happening all day and I have restarted both my router and my fiber connection box and still the same issue.
