Regular loss of internext connectivity

Dear Sky,

 

I have been regularly losing the conectivity this week, several times per day.  I have followed all of the guidance online and checked my app and website when this happens.  

This is not the service that I am paying for and I would appreciate a rapid solution to return a stable internext connection
