Internet constantly slow sky stream freezing

I was with vodaphone for 2 years with not 1 issue with broadband, I moved to sky in December and have nothing but dropouts slow lagging Internet and sky glass constantly freezing.

The Internet even when slow shows no issues when tested on sky broadband test

It's always saying 48mbps speed 

My sons pc and sky glass are connected on cat6 cable 

What can we do to improve performance
