Internet connection

I have upgraded to an all singing and dancing Internet to stop connection problems and here I am still having 'outage' issues. This isn't the service I want when spending so much money each month. Why is the service constantly dropping? I cant even get the wifi extender to connect to help improve connectivity, not happy

them about this since this upgrade ?

No not yet as it always happens at busy times and I haven't got the time to hang around on the phone. Next time I'm going to have to as it is so frustrating and not the service I signed up for
