Internet went down during bad weather yesterday, came back on late evening, went off over night and still off now. Using checker it says no issues in my area but I am aware locally there have been problems. Are there issues with service?

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
