Internet connection

Good afternoon.

my daughter has online tuition and the connection has dropped 3 times today in an hour. The internet in the house has also been slow and laggy. I have done an online test and it says it's fine.

we have also been noticing that when we are watching Sky on the TV that we are getting kicked out of programmes.

I've been having the exact same problem for around 3 weeks.

2 engineer visit; both say it's all fine, online tests say the same.

Now dropped again. This is not a service Sky should be proud of and seems to be more general than localised.
