Internet connection

No internet connection in IP3 in Ipswich. Been down for well over an hour now. I have tried everything recommended but just get a blue screen saying no internet connection - looks like there's an issue with your internet service. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Yeah same thing went out just after midnight and is still out

Over 2 hours now without WiFi or broadband ip4 area

It could be overnight maintenance taking place.

 

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
