Internet connection

My internet keeps disconnecting, have done sky tests but it says everythink looks okay with is not as had my internet disconnected multiple times today and i work online so i need the internet on all the time , so what can i do , ad if its going to carry on i will cancel my membership with you as you don't provide services what i pay for

Hi @Andrius1 - you're not talking to Sky on here, this is a customer forum.

 

Is it the Internet connection that has dropped or the WiFi?

It's the same with me, I've no internet yet the testing says everything is working fine? I'm actually fed up of how it keeps dropping yet paying for a service I'm not receiving

Can you post your router stats? 

What colour are the router lights when the signal drops?

I'm having same issue. Connected without Internet, usual steps do not resolve and app checker says everything is working fine. 2 orange and 2 green lights on router

Yes 2 green lights power and WiFi, 1 orange light voice. No light on internet

My 2 orange lights are Internet and voice. As annoying as it is, it's good to know it's not my router or anything my end as it's effecting quite a few people

I got same internet drop out around about 12:30am today. power and WiFi green, no Internet light and voice light amber.  Going to bed and will call Sky in the morning

Same issues, have you got sky number to speak with human. I need internet today desperately if I not going to get it back today I will cancel membership as today is important day and I must have internet
