Internet connection no internet

No Internet connection. Cannot have this happen please resolve and offer better solution otherwise I have no choice but to cancel service

No domestic ISP can promise uninterrupted service: that's just not physically possible given the multiple potential points of failure on the national network.  If continuity is critical then you should consider using a provider which offers automatic failover to a cellular data connection (at an additional monthly cost) which Sky currently has on its Business but not its Home broadband service.
