Internet connection keeps dropping

I have reset at the wall and the router but it keeps dropping. Service checker says no issues but why is it still having an issue.

@Shaunie_leanne Take it one step further and run the diagnostic as linked below!

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).

I'm getting the same issue. 

All comes back green no problems, but won't connect

I'm having same issues. All diagnostics come back fine

I phoned sky. 

They were able to resolve remotely.

@Matt340 are you able to advise @Pamula what was done if you know?

I finally got through to a person myself and they did some checks. Said it was an external line issue and they would send an engineer.

@Pamula All you can do is keep an eye on all the text's etc and your account orders should also show!
