Internet connection keeps dropping

Hi,

my internet keeps dropping. It's been happening for a few months and is getting worse. Making it hard to watch TV or work from home. I usually have to turn the hub off/on to get it to work. Have phoned sky customer service a number of times but no luck. Engineer has been out and this has made no difference.  I really don't want to pay for such an unreliable service.  Any ideas what's causing this?
