Internet connection keeps cutting out

For the last 5 months my internet connection cuts out and then comes back. Its beginning to become unbearable. Sky have replaced router twice and sent engineers to check outside but no issues found.  Got one wireless booster in house and a ethernet cable to the shed which is plugged into booster. 

all worked perfectly 4 months ago. Any ideas would be great.

From your stat's there is a huge amount of Lan Network collisions, If you can unplug the network connections to the hub and reset the router by powering off and back on about 20sec's later.

Leave the Ethernet off if possible to test.....

Observe over the next period if the router is more stable and you have no disconnect's.

@Leeking13 do you also have Sky Q TV boxes if so can you post how mant of each type you have,

my internet is not connected but broadband router is connected. And can't even use the internet on phone. Please assist

@Camsie  Jumping on to anothers thread with little information is not going to help. What have you done to narrow down what is going on? Have you ran the broadband test which can be done on a mobile device using the Sky app,

 

Have you contacted Sky to report this issue and if so what have they said?
