Internet connection issue

My Internet cuts out intermittently then comes back again, continuously. This is occurring about every 10 minutes 

 

When it cuts out the internet light on my sky q router is amber. 

I have tried rebooting the router but to no effect. 

My devices work fine if connected to 4/5G

 

This has been an ongoing issue for a few days now.

@spaceduk if Sky's service checker in the My Sky app which works over a mobile connection isnt offering help which it should give Sky a call your line neddsxa thorough check.
