Internet connection is not working

Hi, my internet download speed is 70mbps, upload speed is 6mbps,  well below my guaranteed minimum. This has been happening for the past 2 days. This is very frustrating, how can we solve this?

@CraigWatk upload spedds are never guaranteed unfortunately. See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-speed-guarantee

 

As that link explains Sky test the download speed to your hub daily you can find the reults in the Service Checker section of the My Sky app or website.  If the download is below the guaranteed speed for your line the app should offer further help. 

 

Note that the speed from the hub to your device is not guaranteed in the same way as WiFi speeds are influenced by the layout and type of construction of your home..
