Internet connection drops regularly - Impacting w@h

My broadband and wifi connection drops a number of times each day. If I am on a 1 hour Teams call, the connection drops on average 3 times! I have performed a connection test on the Sky website and according to the results, all in OK. My lived experience is very diffent.

Any suggestions?
