Our internet connection drops multiple times per day and has been doing this for 3/4 months, since the last engineer visit to fix this. Middle light on the router flashes and it returns after about 5 mins.
Engineer said there was a cable issue on the internal telephone point and fixed it.....exact same symptoms persist. Would presume there would be logs somewhere detailing what is happening to the connection, showing the internet connection drops?
Any advice or help? Does it need an engineer visit again?

Hi,
We've tried your suggested steps and, apart from having to reconnect all devices again, the Internet drops at least 4 or 5 times per day now. This is the connection to the Internet not WiFi.
Maybe a complete red herring but does seem to happen much more when raining....which has been alot lately. Already dropped twice this morning.
