Since joining sky my connection drops in and out constantly. The middle light of the three flashes Amber for roughly 2 to 3 minutes then reconnects. The other two lights stay solid green. This happens on average 5 to 8 times a day.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Madcow97 Have you run the connection test in the MySky app? Sounds like it could be a line fault. If it detects one it should let you book an engineer.
