Hi there, I'm experiencing my internet constantly dropping lately. Sometimes it kicks back in, other times it requires resetting the router. I've had the router for quite some time so not sure if this is the issue. Are you able to fix this remotely? Every time I do a connection test it suggests everything is working but I can assure you it's not. Many thanks, Mike

My Internet connection keeps dropping too. I done the testing, it says it all work fine. Wonder if there is an outrage in the area?

I have callled them i. Done all what they said but still its droping and coming back and going this makes head ache !!!!

Mine has gone out this evening and won't come back up. We aren't alone by the looks of things.
