Connected to hub but no Internet

Connected to hub but no internet on any devices. Have restarted hub three times. Still nothing. Can't reach anyone at Sky.

Mine started about an hour ago. I'm completely out. No internet light on my router at all dispite repeated restarts, cable checks etc. app says no connection issue, no known issues in the area however no devices connected. 
Hope it's back by the morning as I work from home.
