Internet connection dropping off all afternoon

Have tried the usual resets, still doing it. People on here having the same issue. Whats going on ???

We are having a connection problem for 2 days .!!!

@phil+har.  What speed are you supposed to get as can see you had a drop just 7 minutes after you a copy of these router stats? It looks like it is a 40/10 connection.

@Ozi7  Have you ran any tests to see what is going on with your connection?

I've run the sky diagnosis when I have connection, and guess what, all is good !

I have sky superfast up to 61mb/s. just ran a check and I have 31.95mb/s and upload speed of 9.3mb/s.

So it is below where I would hope to be.

@phil+har.  The thing about the connection test is you do not need a broadband connection in order to do this. It can be done with mobile data.
