Poor or no wifi in parts of the house - booster isn’t helping, need engineer visit

I have received one booster and this is not helping the matter, the house was built in 1939 and is brick built - I came to you from BT and the wifi I now have doesn't even come close, which is disappointing  - I need an engineer to come out to the house and fix the issue. The hub is currently in the conservatory at the back of the house (as it was the BT sockets that it is plugged into) no/very weak signal at the front of the house and upstairs,

thank you

@Caz57B you are not talking to Sky support by posting in the forum. However unless you pay for one of Sky's add on packages tgey will not normally send out engineers or boisters. They do have a package called Wifi Max which gets you a new higher spedd router and up to 3 extenders if an engineer agrees you need them after a visit. That costs £7.50 a month.

Having a master socket in a conservatory is always a poor placement and it is worth getting thst moved which Sky will do but there maybe a charge. That may well on its own solve the problem but if it doesnt consider buying your own wifi kit which can work out cheaper in the end. My own solution gives me fastvwifi in every room and cost around £100.
