Hello. Last few days i have issue with the Internet connection. Sky service check saying all good. Broadband will work for 10 minutes then kicking off for few minutes and on again. Tried to factory reset router ( black box) And reset fibre optic unit. Had no joy with it. Internet came up, and then gone again.
When it drops out what lights are lit on your broadband hub ?
