My Internet connection is down. When I have checked with sky it says that my connection is good but they are unable to test the WiFi. It is affecting the tv and our home Internet, we are unable to use the sky mobile we have either. Will we have any answers soon, even if it's just to say that sky are having difficulties and that it is not our devises. This has been going g on all day today, however it has completely stopped this evening.
