I have been experiencing very slow internet.
when I got home this eve for work my phone didn't connect to WiFi as normal.
when I did connect it my sky WiFi is saying insecure network? It's like someone has maybe hacked into it? Not sure never seen this come up, as it's supposed to be a locked network?
does anyone have any ideas ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Beckie34 the insecure warning is almost certainly a false alarm. Some devices like iPhones givecthis warning even when the highest possible level of security is in place. Sky take security seriously so unless you have changed settings yourself tge defaults are pretty good.

In a congested wireless environment, an insecure message can be displayed because of interference on the wireless bands that impacts the MAC address and 4-way handshake, it isn't anything to worry about but wireless reliability and speed may be impacted which Sky may look to solve for you.
