Getting regular Internet disconnections over the past 2-3 weeks - broadband disconnects maybe once every couple of hours during the day when using Internet but no drops overnight. After dropping router reconnects after about 2 mins and all working again.
Had Sky service for 6 months and this issue only started around 3 weeks ago.
Reported to Sky support they have reported to BT and ran service check tests on broadband myself which caused disconnections and just reports there are problems with the line.
See stats from router below - is 6.4db a high noise margin?

Line checks are usually run remotely and while the line is delivering speeds over the speed guarantee Openreach often wont do work as the DLM system should intervene by increasing the noise margin reducing the speed to stabilise the line. Only where line drops get into double figures per day of where the voice line is very noisy will they send out an engineer until the DLM has reached its limits.

Your line stats look odd because on the upload side you are nearing the max available on FTTC of 20mbps but on the download you are only just above the halfway figure for max available over FTTC.
You should be seeing nearer 60-70mbps down which suggests an underlying line fault, this could be the cause of your line drops.
