Internet box isn’t working.

The internet box has been turned on and off just in case it was a small issue like that but it still isn't working. 
There are green lights on the power and wifi and a red/orange light on voice but the internet light isn't coming on with any colour.

@AnnGott Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
