Internet light has gone off and voice light is amber.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tracey121 loss of connection between midnight and 6am can often be due to maintenance of equipment and networks If your service is back this morning that is likely to be the cause.
However if it is still down run the connection test in the My Sky app to see if there is a known issue if nothing shows there call Sky to report the fault.
