Internet and tv problems

Can't get internet in loft room and always Losing signal in bedrooms.Also have a problem with tv in front room.The voices keep going out of sink all the time.Have done the setting as you have suggested but not changed it.Having to constantly switch tv off to reset

@Julia74 Have you been dealing with sky for all off this on the posting, if so you need to do same as before!
