Internet & mobile data keep going down

My mobile data keeps going to 3G and my internet keeps going down

Mine has been doing it for the last few days - can't wait for contract to end so I can ditch Sky!

Our broadband started messing up about 30 minutes ago. Keeps dropping out, despite 3 green lights on the router.
