Internet Speed

The connection is generally good however on my PS5, I'm only getting 26mbps which is clearly not good enough for online gaming; we have 500 MBPS fibre optic so this is very disappointing. Can someone assist urgently please.

Realistically I suspect that isn't going to be considered as 'urgent' : there's not really any such thing for domestic broadband.

 

As a start, is you console connected to the Sky Hub over WiFi or ethernet cable?
