I've checked with FAST and receiving 12mbps and sky checker says is 150!! It's clearly not. Sitting next to hub and unable to run a call on teams.
Had engineer out 3 weeks ago and they provided an extender and re routed some of the wifi connections, but it's never been this poor in my office. How to fix and why does this not show on the sky app?
