Hello,
Over the past 3 weeks our internet has been dropping out and is very weak/slow. The connection is normally very good so this change has been very noticeable.
when we check it last week it said we needed an engineer and you would send one, however we didn't receive an update. The online tests are now saying it is fine, however the problems have not been resolved. Please can you advise the best way to find the issue? Thanks
