Internet Dropping Out

From time to time our internet drops out, not for any great length of time and I only know when my mobile wifi switches to 4G or when watching TV the screen says 'not connected to the internet" .

Is there a signal issue in my area?

We are due to switch to fibre in a couple of weeks does that have anything to do with it?

@Sx1955 therecwill not be "a signal iseue" in your area broadband does not wotk like thst. There will be one of twomdifferent isdues first the connection between your hub and the exchange is dropping which you can check by looking at the lights on your Sky hub see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

The other likely cause is issues with the WiFi connection between your hub snd your devices. WiFi is greatvwhen it works but it is prone to issues with signal strength due to the way your home is laid out and what it is built from, Another comon issue is interference from your neighbours' networks and often eauipment in your own home. Increasingly people sre finding tomget usable WiFi through out their homes they need more than a single Sky hub. Perhaps by getting extdnders from Sky as part of their WiFi Max add--on or by buying a third partybwhole home WiFinsystem.
