Internet Connections Problems

I always have internet connection problems; I often think I should change the router because I've had it for 10 years and it doesn't work properly.

These are the Sky hubs currently in use. The last two- the Sky Q hub and the Sky hub are being actively replaced with Sky sending out emails/letters to customers.
