Mine's doing the same, it has been flakey all morning and keeps dropping out.

Same. New light on that has never been there before is suddenly orange. Have run the diagnostic online and on the app and it says it's fine. Looked at the settings on the remote and all are ticked as working, but something is clearly wrong.

Hi,
The problem is that it goes on for a time and then drops out again. I've tried all the advice and even when all the orange lights are on the MySky app says it's working fine.

All lights on my hub are green other than the Internet light which isn't on at all. All the checks still saying it's all working too... Do Sky have a solution for us other than an engineer visit in 2 weeks time or upgrading our broadband....

@Highlinder thank you for replying. From looking at the Sky Community forum, it seems like this is a wider issue rather than a localised or individual router issue with many people posting today on Internet connections.
As a superuser, are you able to highlight this to Sky for a wider response? It appears that many of us are going through all the same checks and step-by-step solutions but with no positive results.
