Hi all.
We have a sky router and a sky tv box. Our internet has been working perfectly fine, except for the last week. On mine and my partner's phones (iPhone and android) it shows we are connected, but nothing will load using wifi. Same goes with using the Xbox, again it will not load but shows it's connected.
However our sky box, the kids tablets (Amazon) and the Amazon Alexa's in the house all work on the wifi.
I have restarted and reset the router, I've purchased a new LAN cable, and the issues are still persisting. Anyone able to help?
