Internal not working

The internet is not connecting.

It has three lights:

Two green and one orange.

I'm having the exact same problem. Just started a few hours ago. On my online account, Sky claims my internet is working fine and has no issues.

You are correct. Sky is lying to us. The system has an issue and is not connecting, but in the test, it says there is no problem.
