Intermittently Slow Connection

Been having issues on and off with slow connection, mostly on mobile devices. Can go one second being absolutely fine, to then taking forever to load a webpage. Connection to Smart TV always seems to be unaffected. Going to fast.com speed seems to vary, can start of very slow in teens then sometimes pick up to 50. 

Routers stats attached.
